We seek a motivated professional to Lead Sales & Growth for ArcLab - working with ArcLab's Co-Founders to scale distribution & B2B customer acquisition as we work towards our Vision to Upskill the World's Deskless Workforce.

You will engage CHROs, CLOs & other CXOs of organisations, understand their challenges in talent development, and present ArcLab as a fuss-free solution.
You should have good knowledge of HR, L&D, Digital Transformation & Technology, and the role of Workplace Learning & Mobile Learning.
You should be excited by entrepreneurship, obsessed with delighting customers and be a self-starter, hungry to grow and learn.
- Develop & Execute Outbound B2B Sales & Growth Strategy to grow ArcLab's Customer Base and Topline
- Grow quality pipeline of leads and prospects
- Develop / Adopt Sales Tools to manage and facilitate the Sales Process
- Manage end-to-end Sales Journey
- Delight Customers - Maintaining warm relationships through continued communication of new features, initiatives and ways that ArcLab is supporting them
- Build and develop the Sales function & team as ArcLab scales
- Participation in Employee Stock Option Scheme.
