In this role, you will…

  • Provide surprisingly delightful customer care to our customers

  • Advocate for customers, and work with our product and engineering team to maintain a high level of service

  • Ensure a seamless and transparent customer experience with regular status updates and an emphasis on customer retention

  • Address customers’ questions about the underwriting process, carrier requirements and other service issues in concert with our case management team

About you

  • 2+ years of client-facing work experience, proven track record with the ability to hit targets

  • A customer-centered mindset -- motivated by solving problems for customers and your team

  • Helpful personality and act with empathy, patience, and has an overall positive approach

  • Efficient and loves to get things done

  • Strong creative writing skills

  • Tech-savvy, understand the value of data

  • Loads of attention to detail

  • Willing to work flexible hours and shifts

  • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects at a time.
