- Identify, understand and define prospective client needs, objectives and business requirements, articulate the features and benefits of cloud-based solutions
- Conduct sales consultancy presentations through face to face meetings with clients and potential prospects
- Provide business consultancy services through analysis of business processes and recommendation of technology solutions to drive process optimisation
- Collaborate with Marketing team on lead quality and conversion
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities from inbound leads
- Gather and elicit customer requirements; assess, analyse, construct and propose appropriate solution/software to meet customer requirements
- Prepare cost estimates, business proposals and solution tenders based on client’s requirements
- Profile potential customers and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities
- "Multi-channel" follow-up - help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities
- Maintain active communication with leads by sending monthly targeted materials
- Min GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma / Degree in any business discipline
- Must be well-organized, well groomed & possesses pleasant disposition
- Be excited to speak with all level of customers and build good relationships
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges
- Quick to absorb and analyse business processes and operational information
- Excellent command in written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must as required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Possess good analytical and planning aptitude
- Pleasant personality, with excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
- Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision to ensure project delivery deadline
